To use a charged attack, you’ll have to charge a bar that varies in size and number by using the Pokemon’s normal attack. Once a bar is charged, press down on the enemy for a few seconds and your Pokemon will charge its charged attack.

We officially have an answer for at least the biggest question, being that hidden abilities and moves that can be passed down from non-Galarian Pokémon through breeding are completely legal to use during all official competitions.
If used from the Bag, it changes a Pokémon’s Ability from one of its standard Abilities to its other standard Ability. It can only be used outside of battle. It is consumed after use. The Ability Capsule can only be used on a Pokémon that belongs to a species that has two standard Abilities.
The short answer is, yes, your Pokemon will likely get new moves whenever you evolve them, but keep in mind that some moves may be locked out until you reach the final evolution stage. Also, it’s best not to think too much about powering up their CP until you’ve evolved them completely.
Charge Move | CD | DMG |

Earthquake | 3.6 | 120 |
Drill Run | 2.8 | 80 |
Bone Club | 1.6 | 40 |
Mud Bomb | 2.3 | 55 |
Elite TMs can also be rewarded from event Timed Research, but the main way to get them is to buy them in bundles. Community Day bundles in the shop, which need to be purchased with coins, often have Elite TMs. This makes Elite TMs a rarity, especially among free-to-play players.
Based on the way IVs affect damage output, the difference that 100% IVs make compared to 0% IVs is around 10%, i.e. they will last around 10% longer, deal around 10% more damage, and resist around 10% more damage.

Hidden abilities function no differently to other abilities; their only difference is that they can’t be found on Pokemon in ‘normal’ circumstances e.g. standard wild encounters, and are only available in certain locations and events.
Eevee hidden ability would change depending on which evolution you evolve your eevee to : Espeon ( magic bounce ) – Umbreon ( Inner focus ) – Vaporeon ( hydration ) – Sylveon ( pixilate ) – Flareon ( guts ) – Jolteon ( quick feet ) – Glaceon ( ice body ) – Leafeon ( chlorophyll )
Ability Patch cannot switch a Pokemon’s Hidden Ability to its regular Ability. There are no ways to change it and is permanently stuck to the Pokemon.
The real prize is the new Ability Patch, which gives players an easy way to change their Pokémon’s ability from a normal one into their Hidden Ability if they have one. For a lot of Pokémon, this will be their best ability and can only be obtained through breeding or getting very lucky.
It cannot be used to change a Pokémon’s Ability from its Hidden Ability to one of its standard Abilities. The Ability Patch can only be used on a Pokémon that belongs to a species that has a Hidden Ability.
You’ll gain access to the Ability Patch almost as soon as you load up the game — provided you have access to the Crown Tundra. Unlike the Ability Capsule, you can’t buy it with BP from the Battle Tower. It’s sold by a vendor inside the Max Lair instead, requiring the new Dynite Ore currency to purchase.
About Pokémon abilities
Each Pokémon can have only one ability, however, some have the option of two different abilities. The choice is random and each ability is equally likely. There are 308 single-ability Pokémon and 355 dual-ability Pokémon.
Go to the Lake of Outrage & find a den located nearby the lake. If you see a purple pillar of light coming out, you have a chance to find Sylveon with its hidden ability.
CP is more important until a pokemon reaches it’s final form. Every time it evolves, its attacks essentially get shuffled and it may have brand new ones. As far as I can tell so far there is no way to predict what attacks you’ll get after evolution, so until it’s final form, just evolve the higher CP one.
To sum it all up, CP is definitely important when it comes to battling, but perhaps more important is knowing your opponent.
#3 – Charizard
Being such a powerful fan-favorite has led to Charizard becoming a prime option to use an Elite fast TM on. It’s recommended to teach this mon the fast move, Wing Attack, though another alternative is Dragon Breath.
In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Beldum into Metang using 25 Beldum Candy, and then evolve Metang into Metagross using 100 Beldum Candy. Each time you evolve Metang into Metagross during this event, Metagross will learn the battle move Meteor Mash, which was previously a Community Day-exclusive move.
