Log in to Google Classroom and select the assignment that you want to complete. Click the add button and upload your video file from Google Drive. After your file is added, press the “turn in” button.
Hello Kaleb, the size of the file and speed of your internet are going to be the issue. If you use http://alicekeeler.com/webcam it is a much lower quality video and it automatically saves to Google Drive. That will make it faster to upload to Google Classroom. Community content may not be verified or up-to-date.
However, the maximum file size you can upload and convert is limited: 2 MB for Docs, 20 MB for Sheets, and 50 MB for Slides. Larger files can be uploaded; they just can’t be converted to Google Drive formats. And the files you upload can be really large: Google Drive supports the upload of files up to 10 GB.

Video size is the most important factor on which the time is taken by Google drive depends. Let say the video you are uploading is 2 GB video. Hence, the video will take 1 hour to upload on Google drive, then extra 20 minutes to process for ensuring correct display once you play it.
Change your app settings
