Do something to forget about your school day.
Take advantage of your time at home and do something that feels good to you. You could do an art or craft project or play an instrument. You can listen to music or watch TV or a movie. Get outside for some fresh air or exercise.

There are many different reasons why children hate school. A lot of children dislike school because they do not like being told what to do all day long. Finding Help. It’s a good idea to talk to someone about your problems with school. Your mom, dad, relative, teacher, or school counselor will be able to help you. It’s especially important to tell an adult if the problem is that you’re being bullied or someone hurts you physically.
Take a walk. Getting outside and getting some fresh air will help to pass the time and it can also help to relieve stress. Try taking a quick walk around your neighborhood or office building. Even if you only have 10 minutes, going out for a quick walk is a great way to relax your mind from any stress/overthinking.
The biggest reason teachers and administrators argue against gum chewing is because they think it is rude, distracting, and messy. If gum were allowed in school, students wouldn’t feel the need to be sneaky and stick it on furniture. … Some teachers feel it is rude to chew gum while a student is presenting.
The handbook states students not dress in a manner that “creates distraction, draws undue attention, or detracts from the educational environment.” Specifically, hair that draws “undue attention” is not allowed.
Bates also said that school is for learning, and torn jeans could cause a distraction because students pull on the strings of the hole and make it even bigger. “This is a rule here because we want to provide a college going culture for students and we want them to dress for success,” said Bates.
School has two components students and teachers. What makes you cry is maybe the atmosphere provided by the teachers…the bully students..or you are just anxious about studies and your score…that makes you cry. The imp thing is to know what is bothering you the most. If it is studies then take action and study.
Albert hated school because of the stifling environment that suppressed his scientifically curious mind . the excessively stern discipline and rigid rules in that school led to frequent clashes with his teachers . He began to feel that it was inappropriate place of liberal person like him .

Research has found that bullying and depression in school are often related. Victims of bullying in school are at greater risk for depression. Hence, depression in school due to bullying may be a factor in teen suicide.
